I'm a little bit confused. I was having slow loading times (not at first but then suddenly) anytime I would manually load or die and reload. I looked it up and of course I found the problem all over the board. So I disabled the TTWOptions.esp, and it seemed to work (though my loads weren't super fast). However now anytime somebody mentions a hotfix or there is a link to one, I can't find an actual download (by Roy or TJ), even on the alpha download page where the link is at the bottom. Is this patch something that is now obsolete or integrated? If it's out there and I need it can someone help me find it, and if not any suggestions on why this is still happening. Sorry if I'm just missing it.
