DC doctors don't cure anything

I just installed ttw and I went from New vegas to DC, then I did the union station quest. After that I headed to Megaton, when I entered the megaton clinic and I talked to the doctor to heal me and cure my addictions, he didn't have the options to heal hp, remove rads and cure addictions. then I visited river city and neither that doctor couldn't do anything. could you help me to fix this, please? Here's my load order.

YUP isnt compatible with TTW.Remove it.Mission Mojave breaks TTW so you have to remove that as well.Not to mention you shouldnt be using two bug fixing mods at the same time.That just causes even more issues.

The save is hopelessly broken now, have to remove those and CAGE and start the game over.
