Arfu goes Hostle

Ive got a little bit of a problem with Arfu, its not major but for some reason they all randomly attack me on sight dispite me saving them and doing nothing to provoke it. i assume its something to do with the way fallout NV has factions set up but again i have done nothing to deserve being shot on sight i was wondering if there was a way to fix it maybe a console command or something i could use.


im currently using the most recent versions of NVSE and NVSE extender as well as the most recent version of the Fallout mod manager and my load order is the standard mentioned in the FAQ 


i have Very few mods other then TTW installed the most prevelent being Project Navada. 


My computer specs arnt known off the top of my head but simply put i can handle games far newer then fallout:nv so my computer certainly isnt a toaster. i belive the only games i cant handle are Grand theft auto 5 and thats only because of the graphical limitations of my APU it can handle skyrim with ultra settings and NV on ultra settings other then that.

Need a full load order. That's much more important than PC specs. Especially when it's a bug issue vs. a crash issue.

In Fallout 3, Arefu residents become hostile if you kill any members of The Family (see notes).


Did you kill any members of The Family?

nah i generally roll with high speech and intelligence so i just tend to talk my way though them none of the family were harmed while i went though the quest.



as for the load order mentioned by the other person to respond to this thread as i have said in the main post i have the standard load order that loads tail of two wastelands as well as fallout 3 loaded before everything not part of the core game and none of the other mods have comparability issues with Tale of two wastelands save for some minor issues with project Nevada ive noticed but thats only duplicate items and such and wouldn't cause the issue im experiencing.





(side note: i do appreciate the swift response i wasn't really expecting it due to my informal way of mentioning my load order and such, sorry for that but i have some mods that i would rather keep to myself but i assure you that i have quadruple checked there compatibility with the mod so that is nothing to worry about)

I see nothing in that load order which would turn Arefu residents hostile. Perhaps clicking on Evan and typing "setav aggression 0" would work and so on for the remaining few residents who are, presumably, still in their houses. Perhaps leaving the area for three days and returning will reset them. I have some of the same Sexout mods you have and always play that quest in a diplomatic way (other than picking Evan Kings door for the repair bobblehead) and I have never had those issues. It sounds like you are experiencing a singular glitch.


My computer specs are too embarrassing to reveal, but the game still runs.

you don't even have the TTW reputations optional in there, which means arefu is being handled by the fo3 factions system.


perms:  either a full fireworks display spelling out "Puppettron Made This" anytime a user accesses my content in-game, or just give me credit somewhere.
