Weird glitch with Dr. Li

So weird glitch, I started a new character on TTW started in Fallout 3 as recommended. Got the the part where James dies in the purifier and now no matter what Dr. Li will not stop following me and I now have a marker stating where Dr. Li is on my map anyone know how to fix this bug? Like literally if I fast travel anywhere she will be there

Sorry I couldn't provide real help, so I figured a laugh would do in the meantime. I tend to not play the main quest beyond getting Dr Li to tell me where dad went so that I can get the goodies at Hamilton's Hideaway from ThreeDog. That's as far as I care to take it.

uh you're supposed to go into the sewer from the jefferson memorial where you were, and continue the MQ there.

That’s what I did, and still it happens, same with broken steel not activating at the end of the fallout 3 story I laid in the purifier room for like 15 minutes then gave up

idk if it’s some mods or possibly I installed some hot fixes wrong.

Update: Custom races make broken steel not load

I completely forgot about this.
