Why is it that when I am loading a save it takes forever but when I travel to a new cell its faster?

I just what to ask why is it that it takes 8-10 minutes for me to load up a save but it only takes me 1-3 minutes to travel to a new cell is this normal or is it just my bad computer specs?

Please use the search before posting new topics.


Download the hotfix for TTWOptions from the alpha page, make a clean save with the plugin disabled, replace it and enable the new one and load your game again.
