Hello, good sirs.


This is my first post on the forums and to my shame it is to as for advice/opinions on a problem.


Before I say anything, I'd like to note that TTW is a fantastic piece of work, and I have nothing but respect and admiration for the developers. You are awesome in ways not that many people are.

Now, for the issue. I'll try to be as detailed as possible, so that if somebody else gets these issues, they can look here.


 


The issue does not arise until I get in range for the pip-boy to catch the GNR station. The second GNR is first in range, the ESC Menu stops responding (ESC button does nothing), the character's body becomes invisible  without appearel, the game CTDs upon opening containers, the visor overlay from Project Nevada is purple in first person.


And probably many more things which I didn't get to explore.

TTW is the latest version.


The issues stopped when I deactivated


NVWillow.esp

Sydney Follower.esp


as well as both New Vegas Bounties mods.


Which troubles me, because those are are mods I've seen people use, and am quite distressed that they don't work for me.


So far I fixed the issue by disabling them, but I have to wonder if there is anything that I could do to fix the issues.


Btw, Sydney mod is the one that was posted on the forums.


The other F3 mods in the load order have either been found here, or converted personally.

You have too many mods. 139 is the hard limit and it's best to keep it under 90-100

I run TTW just fine with all the Someguy mods and Willow. Willow needs to be at the bottom of your esm files. I can almost guarantee you will have problems running Nevada Skies and the Someguy mods at the same time. I am not familiar with all of the mods you are running but I would certainly consider getting rid of those caravan packs.


My computer specs are too embarrassing to reveal, but the game still runs.

Caravan packs are, sadly, a requirement for some of the mods in there.


Nevada Skies working fine so far.


After uninstalling a couple of mods the game seems to be A-OK with Willow and Sydney again. Had to sacrifice Gangs of the Wasteland mod (great for bringing a small tint of diversity to DC Wasteland) and 2 quest mods.


Kind of wonder if the game will be friends again with Bounties... Probably not.
