I've had that happen in

I've had that happen in Crater Side Supply, where when I enter it, the walls seem to be missing. I'm sure it's exasperated by a mod somewhere, but I thought I also read it's a vanilla engine bug; at least what I was experiencing. Once it happens, the cell is corrupt and will be that way from now on out when you enter, but if you can catch it when it doesn't happen, that too will persist from save to save.

That's probably faulty

That's probably faulty multibounds. I would say that you have a mod with bad multibounds affecting those rooms.

Are the walls MISSING, or

Are the walls MISSING, or transparent? There's an enb issue with certain textures that makes them transparent so it looks like they're missing when they're not. It's most often seen in the Mansion in PL, but can be seen in other places. There's a setting for that in the enb ini file, and some replacement textures on the nexus that cures the problem completely.

Only replacement textures

Only replacement textures have that problem anyways. It's a bug in ENB if it's being used, turn it off.
