Fallout 3 Broken Steel DLC. Need help.

Hello I have just installed Tale of Two Wastelands and i've got a problem with Broken Steel DLC.
In Data folder there are BrokenSteel.esm and BrokenSteel2.esp.
When BrokenSteel2.esp is ticked game starts but main menu is blank.
Without it game starts just fine. I want to know if I need to have it ticked.

Sorry if i wrote something wrong but it's my first time on this forum.

Hmm... Russian version of Fallout 3?

Where are the extra BrokenSteel plugins placed at the moment? Perhaps if you post your load order.

It's Poland version. I installed it in english language because i thought that the other versions won't work.

Here's the load order:

ENPLCZRU version is not supported, sorry. You can find help to get it working on modgames.net

But is this file needed for broken steel to work or not?

If it's only language file i can just uncheck it.

EDIT: My friend has got English version of fallout 3 without that file and for him it's fully working. I will just try to play without that file.

EDIT 2: It wasn't working so i reinstalled the game one more time. I have made new fomod with installer. Now it works.
