I have little issue that really makes me worry, I can't run Fallout 3 GOTY through Steam because of the whole compatibility problem so I do need TTW to run it, but I do not own any of the DLC for New Vegas, and Steam will not allow me to buy the Ultimate or its DLC because it bugged out and says I own them when I clearly do not, so I can not purchase and activate the DLC or get them gifted to me. Am I unable to use this Mod Project?
