  Symptoms (What is it doing vs. What you expect it to be doing) Trying to enter tranquility simulation to continue story, expect it to load simulation to murder braun and whatnot, but it crashes.

  What you have already tried? deactivating all optional mods, no follower, changin char, much more.

 

The picture i have added is the loading screen i get, it just is in the Fallout New vegas colour scheme. (amber and smaller)

Drop all of your equipment into a container somewhere. Usually when this happens its because the game is choking on removing your inventory and then adding new items all in one frame.
