Crash when entering The Pitt

Starting off in the Pitt, I was able to get through the first few parts fine, but as soon as I talk to Mex and go through his first dialog, the game crashes as I enter the first slave place? I forget the name. Same thing happens when I go the other route and kill Mex and the other slavers, and awaken to Midea. Midway into her dialog towards my character, game crash. Both of these have been CTD's.



I've disabled and uninstalled all mods that I had been using, I've also tried using NVAC and FNV4GB, though to no avail. 



I've already completed Anchorage and it worked without flaw, so I'm stumped as to why The Pitt is struggling to work.



System Specs:

Windows 8

AMD Athlon 630 x4 2.8GHz

4GB DDR3 RAM

Radeon R9 270 2GB Video RAM



I'm using FOMM (0.14.11.9)



Both FO3 and FNV are Steam GOTY Downloads

As the Pitt DLC takes away your weapons, it seems that it can't handle modded weapons.

I had Mr. Burke's 10mm Pistol in my inventory, and anytime I dropped it before entering the "slave area" no crashing!

scripts handle weapons fine, no matter where they originated.


perms:  either a full fireworks display spelling out "Puppettron Made This" anytime a user accesses my content in-game, or just give me credit somewhere.

There was a problem similar to this (even including it getting wrecked by 10mm pistols) for anchorage. It was because of too many inventory operations at once. How big was your inventory when this happened? Like were you carrying 10000 lead/casings/powder or did you cheat your carry capacity and have tons of stuff in inventory, anything like that?

A3-21's Plasma Rifle

Chinese Stealth Armor

Stimpacks



So inventory must not have been it. 



It seems I've come upon another problem however. In the Pitt, as I've been collecting items, I went to pick up some scrap metal towards the middle of downtown, and the game crashes on me.


It always crashes on the 3rd scrap I've picked up. I decided to try it with another item, the "Slop" or whatever, and as soon as I had two in my inventory, it's CTD-city.
