Solution: Use the closeallmenus command but that requires you to reset the game if you are going for achievements
it seems to be missing on one playthrough when another had it, must be a random occurrence, but this CAN get annoying if this appears in other convos, still the solution is there and does solve it cause the Conversation ended already.
