Guns of Anchorage Bug-General Chase not talking to player.

I was playing through ToTW and it was working fine till I finished detonating the final gun on the cliffs. It shifted to white and I was in the general's tent, however it prompts me to finish the briefing with Lieutenant Morgan, but the quest and Morgan both say I need to report to the general, however he wont talk to me.

I just had a similar problem - try walking to the other side of the table from Chase/quest marker.
