my game sometimes decides to crash on loading screen, it happened once when i was walking though, but so far it has just been mostly loading screens, it froze twice on loading screens also, is this just a nv problem or is it ttw? im sorry if there is already a forum about this, but my load order is correct i am 100% sure, i could not get my hands on the newest fomm, so i was forced to use manual install, which is no big deal i am very comfortable in my ability with computers and i am sure i did it 100% right, but i guess i could be wrong. so does everyone have these crashes? is ther a patch, i know that during the installation progress i read on this site that should not use unnoficial patches, so what else can i do to help atleast make these crashes happen less often if not completely fix the problem?

Please read the link in my sig that says "Read this before asking for help" because your post is missing some information we need to know.
Crashing on load screens is pretty much normal for Fallout 3 and Fallout NV games, there is a couple of things you can do to make it less "crashy":
Use FNV4GB
Use NVAC
For unofficial patches use TTW Fixes mod found on this site.
