Just installed TTW (version 2.7) with mod manager (0.14.11.9) I have the newest version of fallout GOTY and New Vegas Ultimate (From steam). The load order is exactly how it was shown but with all the optional mods(like DC rep, Super mutant rebalance, and XPreducation) in the bottom in a random order. My problem is that none talks. I start in Capital wasteland and when i walk to my dad he just stands and i am stuck same with the doc. in Mojave. What have i done wrong. also i looked in the install log and it said everything was done correctly. What have i screwed up. Any help is appreciated.
