If you are using NVSR, and you are using the FPS management in it, TURN OFF the games V-SYNC. It causes strange issues like you describe.

The game runs fine except that when I'm outside, sky above me, the game slows down to about 1/4 the normal speed of the game, i.e., FPS is really slow, I think.

Tried everything I can think of short of reinstalling the game completely. It plays fine, it's just that it's annoying when you're walking so slow that when you set it to run mode, CAPS LOCK ON, it's like normal walking.

It's in the advanced options somewhere. Might be called something else, I never use the default launcher.

Gonna add a comment stating that a clean reinstall of everything solved my issues. I guessing it has something to do with not having a clean install in the first place. My advice is to uninstall all mods and reinstall both games because that seemed to fix my issue.

Thanks for the input, Brandon, but this is a clean install and was working fine. Maybe I fouled something up when I installed (merged) some of the mods together. Going to untick all installed mods and see if that helps. If not, I am going to reinstall both games and TTW as well. This is the only game I play as of late due to the fact that I don't have internet unless my phone is active.

Thank You ALL for this mod and ALL the help and info.

UPDATE: After some testing, I have found that the strange ordeal only happens when I'm in or around Goodsprings, which makes me think it has something to do with an installed mod. Will test my theory and post my findings.
