Installation failure

Post by theannoyingthing » Tue Aug 26, 2014 6:41 pm

I apologize if this has been asked about before but I have tried to install TTW but a exception comes up about 10 mins into installation. This is the error code/thing.

An unhandled exception has occurred:

Could not load file or assembly 'Logos.Utility, Version=1.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Operating system: Windows 7

Processor: Intel Pentium

Memory: Unsure on what you meant here so RAM: 6GB

Free space:125GB

Modmanager: Fallout Mod Manager 0.13.21

No install log nor load order as it is an installation issue.

Symptoms: Unable to install.

Attempts to fix the problem: I have tried moving the application extension on the desktop with the installer as well as moving it into the resource folder.

Thanks for the help.

You're missing Logos.Utility

You're missing Logos.Utility.dll from your TTW installer directory. Disable any antivirus you might be using and extract the installer again.

That message is not accusing

That message is not accusing you, just letting people know that if they DO have a pirate version, that is why its screwing up. The english steam version is the version the installer was built against, so its probably on your end. I would suggest telling steam to verify files and trying again.
