Mostly happens in DC cities, for some reason near the sidewalks this odd white tracing is found under objects, not sure what is causing it, i have turned of my enb and no luck, anyone getting this ? I am using NMC TTW texture pack by the way.

This is a problem with ENB
This is a problem with ENB (SSAO) in combination with objects that are too far above the ground.
You can fix this by manually lowering everything that emits those lights in the GECK.

ENB issue.
ENB issue.
You either deactivate ENB or manually edit the objects via GECK.

Its a shame, there are just so many of them around the DC area, is there for sure no other way to fix this issue? Its really ugly and ambient occlusion looks pretty damn good lol..going to suck having to give it up
