Crash At Start of Birthday Sequence (Age 10)

Computer specs:

Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

AMD FX(tm)-8150 Eight-Core Processor @3.6Ghz

Gigabyte GA-970a-d3 Socket AM3+ Mobo

Radeon HD7850 2GB (GPU is sometimes relevant)

16GB DDR3 RAM

Corsair CS750M (750w) PSU

Fallout Mod Manager 0.14.11.9

Symptoms: So I've installed TTW along with a whole bunch of other mods and TTW specific patches and fixes and I am getting a CTD just as the birthday sequence begins to come into focus.

Tried disabling Readius as someone suggested that since it's not compatible with that part of the game when you're receiving your Pipboy at your 10th birthday party. Didn't help.

I'm using Steam versions of both Fallout 3 GOTY and FNV Ultimate.

Do not use mods or even install mods before or during the vault 101 part of FO3. Install them after you get out of the cave to the world for the first time.
