I've downloaded the main file from here ~5 times and I get the error every time. When I then try to install, I get the .NET framework error. I've run CCleaner multiple times, downloaded, re-downloaded ttwinstaller2_6_3.rar, restarted my computer, etc. I own both Fallout 3 GOTY and Fallout NV with all the DLC through Steam and have been playing both for quite a while now. I don't believe this is a hardware issue on my end but will include specs if asked. It would be a great help if someone could help fix this!
