I originally thought your site was blocking download managers but as it turns out the problem is simply your link structure. You have the link as https when in fact it is not a secure link. This causes any download manager to freak out because it can't establish a secure connection. changing the link to http and pasting it in works fine. I would therefore suggest changing the link on page to avoid future confusion.

We intentionally block hot linking, if that's what this is about. I'm not sure what download manager you're using but we'd prefer if you'd just download the files you want from the site with a browser. Not trying to be mean, but other people using this site to serve our files on their websites / forums / whatever was bringing our server to it's knees.
Additionally, the site should only offer https if you're logged in.

I tried to download the TTW installer file using my download manager and it worked.
So only some download managers seem to not work with https 
I wonder which ones do not work, maybe we could make a list.
