I have been playing ttw for a good 3-4 days now and everything has worked fine. However in this time i have also stuck to the capitol wasteland. Finally decided it was time to go to the mojave wasteland. However upon arrival i was meet with a huge issue. The NCR is hostile towards me. up to this point i have never had an encounter with them however while approaching primm i found myself under NCR fire. i have no idea how to fix this. I have tried using console command to give me a positive reputation with them but they still shoot at me.

Using Fomm version 0.13.21 with the Fomm.exe swapped out witrh the one from the install page.
Both fallout 3 and new vegas are clean install and im runing no other mods than ttw. Fallout 3 is goty edition. New vegas and all the dlc were bought separately.
