TTW Installer Issue

Hi there,

I have an AMD Phenom II x4 @ 3.3ghz, nvidia 660, 8gb ddr2 ram, Windows 7. I use NMM but haven't gotten to this point yet.

I have both STEAM complete/GOTY and english editions of FO3 and FNV

When running the TTW.exe that builds the files from FO3 into FNV, it says that

"Your version of Fallout3.esm cannot be patched.

Currently Tale of Two Wastelands only works on legal, fully patched versions of Fallout3.

Install aborted."

Is there something I'm overlooking that would cause this? I've played FO3 up until exiting the vault with GFWL.

Make sure you are running it as an administrator. This thread details what info we need when you ask for help.

Running it as administrator worked after restarting my computer, because I definitely did it before (and set it to administrator privileges, but who knows).
