FOMM CAS Policy .NET Activation Error Windows 8.1

Ok, I'mnew to TTW, my TTW installation all went without a hitch, Running Windows 8.1, FO3 GOTY, and NV Ultimate Edition. Both were working fine beforehand.

The Tale of Two Wastelands FOMOD's show up fine in FOMM, but when I try to activate the main one I get this error popup:

This method implicitly uses CAS policy, which has been obseleted by the .NET Framework. In order to enable CAS Policy for compatibility reasons, please use the NetFx40_LegacySecurity Policy configuration switch.

Any idea what this means and how to fix it?

Ok after some great help from Prideslayer Jaam I got past this point by creating a new file with Notepad++ (Windows Note should also work) called FOMM.exe.config and dropping it into the same directory as FOMM.exe (GeMM directory) FOMM seemed to hang for a while instead of the error message but it seems it did the job ok, next step is to try Launching NV now fingers crossed :)
