Bad FPS in CW

Hello! just joined the TTW world and am loving it so much! The only problem worthy of note ive run scross, is a very high FPS drop (10-15fps) in the CW compared to the Mojave. I Run an ENB, and my save from my pre-TTW has smooth, 25-30 fps even on high settings, yet on my new game in TTW, i get horrible FPS both inside and out even on low settings. 

 

To aanyone having this issue- Project reality. Simple. Don't use it.

I could've told you that with a load order. Would've saved you some time trying to figure it out. Also could've told you it's the heat haze effect. Even if you had it disabled it would cause problems like that sporadically.
