Which barricades? I'm curious as to why any vanilla static objects would be having issues with incorrect filepaths.

I didn't think anything of it as the only thing that gave them away was the spacing between these barricades was solid so I'm not sure just how many it effected but barricades were appearing without plywood or sheet metal so they just appeared as wooden fences.  As a comparison, the image in my first post to this of the same location.  I didn't get closer to avoid the crash to desktop. .

It looks like those references are actually disabled, which means that TJ is probably right and you have a dirty edit to that cell which is disabling and/or deleting them.
