Os: Windows Vista Home Basic 32 Bit (6.0. Build 6002

Processor: Inter(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E8500 @ 3.16GHz (2 CPUs), `3.2GHz

Memory: 3070MB RAM

Nexus Mod Manager Beta 0.49.3

Load Order

FalloutNV

CaravanPack

ClassicPack

MercenaryPack

TribalPack

DeadMoney

HonestHearts

OldWorldBlues

LonesomeRoad

GunRunnersArsenal

Fallout 3 and New Vegas: Steam Downloaded Goty version.

I tried looking on the internet for a solution, but to no avail.

I was installing the mod just fine until I had to use Nexus Mod Manager to install the Main file and Options file, when I try to install the main file, it says an exception occurred in the script. I have no idea why this is happening, all help is welcome.

It had to do with a security exception? I ran the installer on administrator, I let the mod manager through the firewall, here's a screen cap. My Windows Vista theme is classic theme.

Are you running it as administrator?

On a side note, don't get too excited running too many mods.  You need a few more horses under your computer's hood.

I have no idea how to fix this, since it never happened to me, but if it is happening while installing the .fomod files and so you can't install TTW, then I recommend a manual install.
