Every time I try to get past the transitions in Vault 101, the game crashes like mad. The one from 1 Year to 10 Years crashed until I turned off every mod, and now even with every mod turned off (except for the standard TTW load order, obviosuly, and the Pipboy 2500, as without it turned on, I don't get a pip-boy at all) it still crashes during the changeover sequence from 10 Years to 16 Years.
Can anyone help me?

CPU - Intel i5 4440
RAM - 8GB
Motherboard - Gigabyte Z87-HD3
Video Card - Radeon R9 270X
