Vendors aren't restocking their supplies

I've waited 7 in-game days and none of the vendors in Megaton are restocking their supplies. It's making getting caps and ammo in the early-game a little tough. Is there a fix for this?

Please provide your load order so that someone can assist you in identifying the mod that you are playing with which is causing this issue.

Download TTW Fixes and place it before TaleOfTwoWastelands.esm in your load order. After loading your game, try to wait about 5 days if you can, taking breaks in hardcore to eat/drink/sleep.

This is a known bug in the vanilla game (New Vegas), and that should fix it for you.
