So, after getting past one inconvenient error of computer security, I headed into the installer and began to install. It got past F3's Misc, Mesh, Textures, Sound, and Menu Voices .bsa files. But once it got the the voices part, it said "Extracting Voices.BSA", would go through the whole process. It would eventually finish the process, but the install button would reappear, along with the prompt, "updating voice files..." The whole process stopped, and I'm itching to play Fallout again, but I wanted to play both 3 and New Vegas with the NV engine. Is there a fix to this problem?
Specs:
model: HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook PC
Processor: AMD A6-4400M APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics
Installed Memory: 6.00 GB (5.48 usable) (this is what my specs say, but I have 575+ GB, wth over 339 GB left in the local drive)
System Type: Windows 7 64-Bit OS
There's no error message when this problem came up, but I put a list of the prompts that appeared in the Installer Box from the most recent use:

(I had tried this once before, and this problem arose, so I postponed the installation and came back where I left off)
I have a Steam installation of both Fallout 3 and Fallout NV, both with all the DLCs installed. (although I should've bought the GOTY versions, it would've been cheaper!)
My Fallout 3 and New Vegas folders are located:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 3\
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Fallout New Vegas\
I Don;t know if this is what's causing the problem, but the TTW Install folder is in:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Fallout New Vegas\TTW\
The instructions said not to put the files DIRECTLY in, but I didn't know it that applied to a separate folder, or just the whole thing. SO I made a folder in my New Vegas folder, and put it there.
