don't activate mods until you get through the Vault 101 tutorial. Even in vanilla the tutorial was notoriously bad when it comes to mods.

He is talking about all mods except those you need to start off at 1st level.


In other words this until you exit 101 unless you use something that must be active during character creation or you will need to use a console command.

My Internet finally came back after an Ice Storm...


@Isaac - here is my current load order, using ENB .249, Gaming Companion, currently without New Vegas Anti-Crash (aka NVAC) and still no CTDs.  Although until fixed, there is a bug in Clean-Deluxe that will cause a CTD (unknown to me if the game will still CTD with NVAC)

Thanks. Your load order may be reference for me.


When I launched the game activated vanilla files and TTW, selection of starting point is successful. I searched mod is an obstacle, and I found which mod occur trouble, the Project Brazil.


I think now I find a clue of solution.
