NMM not installing TTW properly

Post by Gemsweater » Sat May 10, 2014 3:34 pm

Not really sure what the problem is; everything went smoothly until I attempted to install the Main Files FOMOD. After clicking to activate the mod, I get loading bars etc and the install seemingly completes, but when it finishes nothing seems to change. I get no upgrade prompt from NMM and the mod is marked as inactive in the mods list. However, the TTW esm appears in my plugins.

Thanks in advance for any help/answers.

Have you tried activating it

Have you tried activating it manually by left clicking the ttw mod box in plugins?

You mean checking the box

You mean checking the box next to it in the plugins menu? I did, but when I launch it I only get the TTW menu title card and the inclusion of the FO 3 opening cinematic, the rest is just vanilla New Vegas.

That would be the ini changes not being made, to fix this follow Step 2 of the Manual Install Here.

Changed the ini, still no

Changed the ini, still no dice. I'm gonna guess the next step is probablay a manual install, which I'll forego because I'm terrible at it. I'm just gonna call it a day with this. Thanks for the help, guys!

It is considered polite to read the sticky posts in a forum before you make a post. Had you done this you would have seen this thread. Read that thread, post the info, and we might be able to help you in more detail.
