Missing file

After I downloaded the mod and unpacked it, I added the mods both main and optional files to the NMM version 0.49.0, using steam version of fallout 3 GoTY edition, when I try to activate the mods i get an error saying:  http://puu.sh/8GAIa (it's a safe link, screenshot of what happened) any help would be apriciated. I looked for the missing file in my downloads and


 



Currently running windows 8 with a AMD A6-5400K APU with Radeon HD Graphics 3.6 GHz and 8 GB RAM
