You have the caliberx patch for millenias weapons but you dont have caliberx. This is the same problem as the ones already pointed out by the rest of the people in this thread; Plugins trying to load before or without their masters.
You dont seem to have a very clear grasp on modding. I would suggest that you search for a youtube channel by a cool guy called Gopher, and watch his tutorial videos.
Also, exactly what kind of patch would you make for CFW and Millenias? They run fine together. Pretty sure even the level lists are fine because millenias stuff gets added via script.
EDIT You also have both the centered camera plugins. You only need one. Which one you use is your preference.
