I successfully installed TTW to my Fallout:New Vegas game. (I am able to start new games, which spawn me in vault 101 fallout 3 intro) I am wondering if there is any way to take my level 50 character from NV to the capital wasteland now. Any help is appreciated.

With a bit of mucking about with the console (a coc or two and some setstage usage) you could get pretty close to having an old character start in the CW. But I wouldnt recommend it.
If you have issue down the track, no-one will have anything to say to help you besides "You should have started a new game". This is one of those things that, if you have to ask how it could be done, you probably shouldnt do it.
Alternatively, there is a mod for FNV called the Levelers House http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/47473/?
I would suggest you start a new game, do the Vault 101 Sequence, travel to megaton, coc to the levelers house, add levels, player.additem your gear (or use the item spawner in the LH) and then coc back to megaton if you want to have a level 50 start.
