First off deactivate "EVE FNV - NO DLC.esp" and "EVE FNV - NO GRA.esp" and remove them from your data folder, you do not need or want them with a TTW set up as you have to have all the DLC including GRA to run TTW.
Now to your load order... I'm afraid that it's a bit of a mess, check the Alpha Download page, Manual Installation, Phase 3 to see the order that you need, at least for the Game files.
I would also recommend that you load TTW Fixes (See recent content as it's recently been updated)
But if you are crashing mid game it's not likely caused by load order issues so I suggest that you try the following:
Get "NVAC" from the Fallout NV Nexus for which you will need "NVSE" (Google it if you don't already have it) NVAC greatly improves the stability of the New Vegas engine for the vast majority.
If that does not work "ENBoost" from the Fallout NV Nexus changes how the game allocates memory freeing up some buffers and alleviating some memory issues (Particularly if you are using Hi-res textures)
The thing about any sort of modding is that you are generally dealing with content that is made by enthusiasts for enthusiasts, so if you want to use that content successfully it requires from you a modicum of investment in research, particularly if you want to get content from different mods working together perfectly.
