Looks like it works. I thank you friend for resolving this. I don't know how often this bug occurs, but it really is aggravating. We should have this listed as a bug for the bug fixin either so it gets integrated into any next TTW version or update that comes out so that this doesnt persist.

bah, i just got to that point in the game, built the Q&D mod to fix it, then ran the hell over to an internet to upload it and i was beaten by several hours.
although, my fix was to set the water's effect to check getisID player before applying the effect, so ymmv
