I would suggest using the installer to rebuild TTW's files. Sadly there's no way to just rebuild The Pitt's files so you'd have to go through the whole thing again. Note ahead of time that it may or may not help.

Wondering... Cause I know I read that if the install is interrupted, rerunning it let it pick up where it left off..
I thought with the 2.4 installer it was 'semi-smart' about finding missing files and starting from there... in which case you would delete the TTW esm and the pit esm from the FNV data folder, then rerun the installer.. and recreate the fomod.. but it would not be a complete reinstall..
@Babar if it gives you problems again, i'd recommend a LAA FOMM for management of the mod files.

TTW.esm isn't the issue. It
TTW.esm isn't the issue. It has ThePitt.esm flagged as a master. That means ThePitt.esm loads automatically if TTW.esm is checked, regardless of the if ThePitt.esm us checked or unchecked. To rebuild, you'd need to chuck everything and start over with clean FO3 and FNV.
@lustephelon I'm not sure, but I don't think it works that way.

It actually does work that
It actually does work that way TJ. You could just delete ThePitt.esm (and related BSAs) and re-run the installer again.
NEVER EVER EVER try to run the installer in the NV directory, run it to a separate folder somewhere and then do a manual of FOMOD install from there.
