Fallout 3 problem

Post by ToldYaSo » Fri Mar 14, 2014 3:56 am

I downloaded the mod and I have everything installed, both of the games come from the Steam version (fallout three is the game of the year edition and new vegas has the DLC's downloaded through steam) but when I start it, the game always starts me off in the Mojave, no matter what I do, and I can get to the Capital through COC commands, but when I talk to anyone, they have no dialog, and their lips don't move.

What are the problems I've encountered, and how can I fix them?

You need to make changes to the Fallout.ini. On the Alpha Download page look at the manual install instructions and you find the lines that need to be changed.

after the changes start a new game and you will start in Vault 101

well you can find your TTW install log by going to Documents\My Games\ Tale of Two Wastelands\ Install log. It's created for everyone when TTW is installed.
