Command Module not displaying anything

I started the mod installation process for the first time, and when I started it. What happened afterwards was that the launcher displayed "Extracting Fallout - Misc bsa..." then immediatly afterwards I command module appears and it is blank. Any help will be appreciated.

it can take over 2.5 hours

it can take over 2.5 hours depending on your rig just let it run. I know some have installed in about 45 min but again it took me 2.5 hours.
