Broken Steel Can't start

by any chance you got it uploaded anywhere? Im to busy with my mod, Im afraid its still monthes of work, dont want to split my self on diferent tasks.... I can kill for a fix like this:) I stoped playing custom races only because it was really anoying fixing my perks almost in every dlc...
