Specs: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit, AMD FX-6300, 8Gb RAM
Mod Managers: Use both FOMM and NMM (latest versions) to sort load order and activate but install mods manually.
Version: New Vegas Ultimate Edition and Fallout 3 GOTY edition, both from Steam.
Issue: When approaching the riverboat landing to start Point Lookout, there is a CTD on one of the users on my PC that doesn't happen on my save game. This user has exactly the same settings and mods, but spoke to the people there before deciding they didn't want to start point lookout yet. Now, whenever they approach the riverboat landing, the game crashes to desktop.
What I've tried:

Copying the save over to my account on the PC and loading it from there, to see if there were any issues with her FalloutNV folder, no luck. -
Removing the quest and restarting it, no difference. -
Creating a merged patch with FNVedit.
What I've not tried:

Messing round in FNVedit in a way that could balls up my game.
Attached are my TTW install log and load order. Anything you guys can think of would be a real help.
