the door inside the falls church and mason dst metro that leads back to the surface to falls church is missing, the door is there but it doesnt have solid state, nor a warp to the falls church station exterior.
at the screenshot time i had mods activated BUT I DEACTIVATED THEM to try it but it persisted, i just didnt took another screenshots afterwards.

could not find it in the bug tracker so started this one.
i couldnt find any forum value for bugs, nor a link to post bugs on bugtracker so i just put it in this place.
you can walk through it, and there is no prompt to activate it to be teleported tofalls church.
