Nexus mod manager not working after ttw install :(

Hi,

So I ran the installer and installed the game, and now my NMM won't load.

If I run it loading skyrim NMM its fine, but fallout 3/NV NMM get stuck on the splash logo. Is this because of TTW?

I don't have any other mods for either fallout game, and I've tried running as admin.

Windows 7 64 bit

How long do you let it sit at the splash logo. On my computer, NMM can take up to ten minutes to load, if it feels like it.

Usually, the more mods or the more time it's been since I have run NMM, the longer the load time.
