I have put a lot of hours into TTW and was loving it. I was expecting it to be really buggy but I haven't ran into any of them or they were just so minor that I didn't notice. Then I hit Broken Steel and found that a lot of the voice acting was missing. After searching these forums for a while I found little to no details on it. If anyone has any details on this bug and if anyone has a fix for this until an update that fixes this, please help me out.

Make sure you actually have
Make sure you actually have the voice files for the DLC somewhere in your NV data folder, whether it's in a .bsa or if you have to extract them from the Broken Steel archive into your NV data folder.

I have the BrokenSteel - Sounds.bsa in my data folder. I have no idea how to extract .bsa files or how to use the Geck sorry to say so without a detailed guide telling me exactly what I need to do I more than likely wont be able to do any of that stuff.

It is a know issue. There was a error in the installer and the sound files were placed in the wrong place. Here is the bug report on it http://www.taleoftwowastelands.com/content/no-music-broken-steel and a fix is near the bottom.

I was just after saying that I have no idea how to do any of that extracting business. Its not that I am lazy and want someone to do it for me, I just don't want to go digging about game files without knowing what I am doing.

Understand that for the time
Understand that for the time being it may be required for users to 'dig around' in their own game to get things to work they they ought or they way they want them to work.
If you don't want to do that, then fine. You'll just have to wait until the next release.
For the future, if you report an issue it's generally expected that the OP is 1) willing and 2) competent to be able to resolve it with some help.

Its not that I am not willing
Its not that I am not willing to put work into it. I just simply don't know how. All I know is that I need to change the names of some folders in the .bsa file. But how do I do that, how do I extract the folders, change the names and repackage them?
Of course I could just Google it but this is a mod therefore, will I have to do anything differently? I have never done anything like this in the past. I have done it use Nexus with the Nexus Mod Manager so I know next to nothing. If this is too much bother please say so and I will just wait for an update to fix this. The last thing I want to do is annoy people.

The best thing to do is to
The best thing to do is to learn how to mod your game without a crutch like NMM in the long run you'll be happier and have more control over your gaming experience. We get your new to all of this and that's fine we all started somewhere. People on this site will try to help you to learn but will not do it for you. Don't be so afraid of breaking your game you can always reinstall and try again and again breaking your game is how we all learned what to do an what not to do.
If you really want to learn how to fix the issue for yourself start asking questions and people will try there best to help you out.

Also search youtube. There
Also search youtube. There are many tutorials that teach you EVERYTHING you need to know, about virtually anything you can think of.
Everything i learned about computers was either by dissecting and breaking shit, or watching very useful videos modders have made. Honestly i am surprised you have just been relying on NMM, the only thing i use it for is the download manager.
