Sound Issue

So I recently got TTW working, and the audio is acting really weird. Sound like music and character dialog work perfectly fine. However, things like firing my weapon or walking will sometimes not occur when they're supposed to, but rather, they won't happen at all until a few second later, when they all over-lap. Is this a problem with the mod or on my end?

Please search before posting. There is a thread about this already.

Anyway, we'll need more info if we're to help you. Are you using any mods (if so we also need your load order)? Specs of your PC?
