I'm using TTW 2.4a and my Union station is still outside Dukov's place. Will I need a reinstall?

I don't honestly know.
I don't honestly know.
You SHOULDN'T be REQUIRED to reinstall, just ignore that station. Or don't and see if it still works for you.

Does the door outside of
Does the door outside of Dukov's actually link to an interior?
If so, then you need to reinstall. Try a manual install as well, unless you plan on doing something differently this time when using a mod manager.

It links to the original
It links to the original Union station that used to be before 2.4 changed it, although I don't know if it's the new station as I've not seen it to know. I'm pretty sure I've broken something when I had to install manually.

I made a fix for people who
I made a fix for people who still see the rubble and can't find entrance at the end of the tunnel. The TTW24aRubbleFix.esp has to be loaded !!! last !!! . To avoid any problems with other mods interfering. Before activating the esp leave the subway and go above ground and make a save there. Then exit the game and activate the esp in your mod manager. As soon as you enter the station the rubble should be gone.
It also includes a similar fix for the Freeside station if you use a NV safe where you started a character at DOC and try to travel to DC (highly not recommended with TTW atm btw.). But here you have to leave Freeside first and make a safe there. Again it is not recommended to start TTW that way and this fix was only made for completion.
How it works internally:
All original game assets that shouldn't show up are "enable parented" to a xmarker. I also have them set back to enabled. At strategic points (where the player can't see the asstes) I added a one time trigger which disables the xmarker and at the same time rubble and game assets which should be gone.
I can't reproduce this bug that some people are experiencing. So this fix has to be considered as "experimental". If you have this bug please make a small comment if it helped. It also should help for old saves from TTW 2.2 btw.
Edit 12.02.2014: Made a tiny update which moves the original rubble and game assets which shouldn't appear under the ground. So it is hopefully more effect full for old (TTW 2.2) saves. The file in the first post is updated too.

I tried everything and always
I tried everything and always ended in seeing rubble...
I arranged my mods in right order, used legal english steam version of fallouts, never used former version of TTW, started new game, changed both fallout.ini and fallout_default.ini, didn't use any extra mods, and I also just tried using the attached file "ttw24arubblefix.esp" and still nothing has been solved.
I put almost 3 days to play this mod, and yet I can't play it right :(
Edit: I found the station!! thanx a lot for helping me out!

You need to make a save
You need to make a save before entering Penn Ave./The Mall Metro, activate sesom's plugin and then enter the dungeon.
