When I start to play the game, it gets to the different shuffling screens and eventually gets to the ranger background, but as soon as it gets there my game crashes. I have a fresh install of NV, and my load order is correct (I have checked about 8 times). I don't know what the problem would be. Any ideas what I could try?

Go ahead and post your load order, including any mods you are running.
Also post your Install log (documents/my games/Tale Of Two Wastelands)
Did you use a fresh install of New Vegas?

Yes, I did use a fresh
Yes, I did use a fresh install of New Vegas. I completely deleted every folder that had anything to do with New Vegas, then reinstalled it.
My load order is this: FalloutNV.esm, DeadMoney.esm, HonestHearts.esm, OldWorldBlues.esm, LonesomeRoad.esm, GunRunnersArsenal.esm, Fallout3.esm, Anchorage.esm, ThePitt.esm, BrokenSteel.esm, PointLookout.esm, Zeta.esm, TaleOfTwoWastelands.esm, TTW_MoreCookingItems.esp, TTW_NoKarmaDCFollowers.esp, TTW_Bobbleheads.esp. I don't use any other mods, so that is it.

In your my games/FalloutNV
In your my games/FalloutNV folder, delete all the .ini files and then run the FalloutNV Launcher (you don't have to go in game, just run the launcher and then exit) Then run the game normally and see if that helps.

That didn't work. The same
That didn't work. The same issue is there. Also, I just noticed that when it is loading up my mouse is not there. I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not
