Rivet City NPCs glitch

Post by GrimJoshua » Tue Apr 23, 2013 5:12 am

So I finally got to Rivet city, however I've run into a slight bug. Most of the NPCs from the Market Area all spawn in front of the entrance of Rivet City.  I've tried waiting, reloading older saves, but nothing changes.

Also, this is my first post on this site I hope this is in the right spot.

I think there's a thread bout this already. Could be mistaken...Use the search function and search Rivet City.

Some people have reported things like this. There might be a fix for it.

I'm not alright, I'm an equal amount of left.

I know that this thread is late, but you said that this issue is already solved? Because I have your latest version of TTW, and some characters will still wander in the wrong places in and out of Rivet City. Diego will wander off the ramp where Mister Lopez is supposed to be, C.J. Young will be outside Rivet City, and Shrapnel will be taking a swim in the water. Is there a file or a patch that I'm missing? Regardless, I looked up that these bugs are vanilla to FO3. I just never saw them before.
