Bug Report: Yao Guai and challenges

I'm using the current 2.2a version of TTW. When you kill a certain amount of Yao Guai (10 I think), a pop-up comes up saying something along the lines of, "Killed 20 Yao Guai in the Zion Valley." At the time I was by Smith Casey's Garage and have never traveled to Vegas yet. Perhaps since Yao Guai are only in Zion Valley in vanilla New Vegas, it expects them to be there. While it is just a small bug, perhaps there are more challenges that have to do with specific New Vegas things, but can be activated in D.C.

I purposefully enabled those challenges for DC to make them a bit more open, need to change the text to just killed 20 yao guai.
